01 · THE ASK
A group of bonsai growers set up on their own, and needed a website to match.
The working group used to be part of a larger organisation. When it split off to start its own, it had nowhere to publish its programme, show members' trees or welcome people who wanted to join.
02 · WHAT WE BUILT
One site for visitors, members and the board.
Activities
The season's programme on one page, with the full year as a PDF to download.
Gallery
Members' trees, accent plants and tokonoma displays, shown large.
Knowledge centre
Plain explanations of the basics, from watering to wiring, for beginners and members.
Join
Come by for free first, then sign up. One clear path from curious to member.
